Return Policy What Is the BlueGlass Vision Return or Exchange Policy? At BlueGlass Vision, we pride ourselves on our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, which is why we offer a 30 days return policy on all eligible items. You have 30 days from the date the order is delivered to request your return. Requests made within the first 30 days may be returned for exchange, or refund of the cost of items. All return requests made after 30 days are eligible for exchange only. Exchange Process: Your exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of it being received by our returns department, at which time your order with the exchange order will be created and an email will be sent with your new order information. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges to return the package to Cellular Outfitter, your replacement order will be shipped back to you at no charge. If Exchanging an item and you prefer not to wait for the item to be processed, please place a new order for the replacement item and we can process the original order being returned as a refund. Refund Process Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received by our returns department. Your refund, for the cost of the items received will be processed to the original method of payment, and an email will be sent confirming the refund has been processed. Please note the cost of shipping is non-refundable. Once we process the refund, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the bank to process the credit to your account. How Do I Return An Item? Customers are responsible for the shipping charges to return the package to BlueGlass Vision. For exchange orders , your replacement order will be shipped back to you at no charge. BlueGlass Vision is not responsible for return to sender packages and will not process any returns until received.
